    China Science Patent & Trademark (USA) was registered at Washington State of the USA in 2001. The office has three members, with Mr. Fred Liang being the manager. The Office acts as a window and interface to China Science’s clients in the US by providing timely communications without time difference. It is a consulting point for IP matters in China. It also works on market development and client relations.
