The group of fourteen litigators is widely known for its settlement and litigation capabilities. Most of the group’s IP litigators hold not only advanced degrees in legal, such as J.D., LL.M., LL.B., but also in science and engineering. Most of them are qualified as both patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law, which ensures that litigation cases involving scientific or other complex issues will benefit from the integration of the firm’s patent prosecution practice with its IP litigation practice.
