Japanese and Korean Department

Japanese and Korean Department works in Japanese language and Korean language to serve clients in patent prosecution, counseling, litigation and all other entrustment.

Among its total staff of 30 professionals, 22 works in Japanese while 8 are fluent in Korean. The Department has patent attorneys, technical professionals, and well-trained translators. One third of the members have the experience of wither working or studying in Japan. The technical specialties of the members cover all the major fields including electronics, information technologies, mechanics, chemistry and biotechnology.

However, the Department is in close cooperation with other departments of firm that are classified in the specific technical field, including the Department of Electricity and Electronics, Department of Chemistry and Biotechnology, Department of Mechanics and Physics, in order to handle the cases in the best way technology wise.

By speaking the native language of clients, the Department serves clients in precise communication and efficiency, in addition to its high quality intellectual property expertise.

The Department is headed by Dr. XIANG Yong.
